Took forever...

It was a pleasant overall experience

Came in late Friday with an issue and had my truck back by Tuesday. Carlos and Ashley are AWESOME!

Had a horrible experience including my experience with the manager! I will never go to service ANY of my cars there again!

Good customer service. I would have done fuel filter with you guys too, but you are so expensive that it's ridiculous. I would pay $40 or so for the labor plus cost of filter any day, but you guys are charging well over $100 in labor!. For an easy 15 min job. Nobody with a YouTube account is doing this unless they have money coming out of their butts.

I scheduled an oil change. When I checked in I was told since it was the first service on my Sierra 3500 AT4 that tires would be rotated, fluids topped off, etc. When my truck was ready and pulled up for me I found DEF splashed all over the truck (I have pictures). DEF level was below 3/4 full. Tires were rotated but not inflated. One of the worst service experiences I've had.

Customer service was lacking. Truck has been in the shop for way too long for services that were done. Items on bill were not correct. Was told parts needed to be changed that were irrelevant to the service.

Night drop off worked well for my schedule. Work requested, was completed without issue or delays. From my initial contact, and through the service and payment process, I was greeted with friendly staff. Mileage minder were all reset, and the truck was as clean as I left it prior to service.

Good afternoon, on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, I took my truck to GMC Visalia for service. Honestly, what poor service. The engine was covered in oil. They didn't reset the dashboard. I was very disappointed with the service they performed on the truck.

It took them 6 hours to complete an oil change and a tire rotation to which caused me to move my plans for my weekend getaway with my family. Made me miss dinner plans with friends due to them taking so long. I had to call to find out what was going on with my truck and then they tried to tell me that my filters needed to be changed. Not to mention the salesman who ran out to my son’s car who was dropping me off. He ran to his car like if he had hit something it scared him. Need to have respect and stay by the door until someone goes inside or ask for help. It was like vultures and then when I walked inside no one said hello or anything. This place is rude and disrespectful

Called one day and appointment was set for the next day. Customer service was great and they were able to get everything done in one day. I was able to keep my vehicle there overnight because while I was there I had a family emergency and they were so accommodating.

Ashley Freitas was so knowledgeable, professional and followed up with me about the problem and the time needed to fix my GMC. She scheduled a rental car as well for me. Thank you Ashley and Groppetti Automotive

From scheduling, to performing the recall labor and maintenance, the information provided was great, friendlyness awesome and an overall pleasant experience. Staff is amazing. We feel that our truck is taken care wonderfully. Thank you. I miss the Groppetti shuttle service.

I think that it beneficial if a customer could make contact with the service manager via phone. I called to check on my vehicle but was not able to make contact. I did leave message to no avail.

Took six hours to complete simple service work. I’m glad I had another option rather than waiting at the dealership.

They took almost 3 weeks with my truck and now 2 days later the issue of oil leaking is worse plus they lost my original key and they order a new one and is incomplete we have to come back to get the blade of the rest of the key. Also we call to take the truck back due the leaking is worse, after they supposed to fix the same issue (Not Happy)

Unprofessional. Made an appointment for us. We waited after an hour still nothing even though we had an appointment. One person was very rude. So we did not get our vehicle serviced

I took in my truck due to check engine light on. It was in the shop for 22 days (October 15-Novenber 5) and when I got it back it vibrates in the cab. The representative told me it was due to the replacement on the motor mounts for me to run it for about 200 miles and it would go away. Well it did not go away so I am taking it back on Monday and pray for the problem to be fixed. Will not recommend this place. But I do want my problem fixed because it was not vibrating when I took my truck in.

I was met with courtesy and respect. Harry was great to work with and treated me like a human being and not just like another sale. he was very knowledgeable with the product. I’m pretty much answered all of my questions. Visalia GMC is lucky to have a salesman like him. In fact, I was treated with yet most respect through the entire buying process. Everyone involved was extremely courteous and professional. I would definitely buy here again.
