Called one day and appointment was set for the next day. Customer service was great and they were able to get everything done in one day. I was able to keep my vehicle there overnight because while I was there I had a family emergency and they were so accommodating.

Unprofessional. Made an appointment for us. We waited after an hour still nothing even though we had an appointment. One person was very rude. So we did not get our vehicle serviced

Took six hours to complete simple service work. I’m glad I had another option rather than waiting at the dealership.

They took almost 3 weeks with my truck and now 2 days later the issue of oil leaking is worse plus they lost my original key and they order a new one and is incomplete we have to come back to get the blade of the rest of the key. Also we call to take the truck back due the leaking is worse, after they supposed to fix the same issue (Not Happy)

It’s like they don’t know what the heck is going on. They will not communicate with you and every time I’ve tried to have something done I have to get a manager to get anything done. It’s got to be one of the worse dealerships I’ve ever dealt with.

I think that it beneficial if a customer could make contact with the service manager via phone. I called to check on my vehicle but was not able to make contact. I did leave message to no avail.

The service was easy to make an appointment and Carlos took care of us right away when we dropped the vehicle off. Carlos kept us up to date on the diagnostic service and needed repairs. The vehicle was serviced promptly and in good working order. We are pleased with the overall service provided.

Quick turnaround, service advisor kept me informed about status of vehicle and a small problem that was discovered with the battery. Overall great experience.

Harry was very attentive with what we needed and helped us every step of the way, we ended up closing our sale with Harry because he treated us the way every customer needs to be treated.

Ashley and Carlos in service were great. I was traveling cross country and had an issue and they fit me in and took care of my issue. Awesome customer service.

Very professional got in and out no problems

I took in my truck due to check engine light on. It was in the shop for 22 days (October 15-Novenber 5) and when I got it back it vibrates in the cab. The representative told me it was due to the replacement on the motor mounts for me to run it for about 200 miles and it would go away. Well it did not go away so I am taking it back on Monday and pray for the problem to be fixed. Will not recommend this place. But I do want my problem fixed because it was not vibrating when I took my truck in.

The service took ALL day! I left my car at 8:30 am and was called that it was ready after 5:00 pm! I was without my car the entire day for an oil change service. Completely unacceptable.

I was met with courtesy and respect. Harry was great to work with and treated me like a human being and not just like another sale. he was very knowledgeable with the product. I’m pretty much answered all of my questions. Visalia GMC is lucky to have a salesman like him. In fact, I was treated with yet most respect through the entire buying process. Everyone involved was extremely courteous and professional. I would definitely buy here again.

The whole team at GMC Visalia were excellent from the salesman to this 2 financing and into everybody that works there. We’re very professional and kind to my family.

My appt. was at 8:30 am. All I needed was for a spare key to be programmed. They told me it would take about 2 hours. At 1pm I called to get a status and they said the tech go behind and it would only be another hour. I had to pick up my kids at 2:30 pm. Had not heard from the dealership until 5pm when I called again looking for status and they said it had just finished and they were about to call me. The dealership closed at 6pm. That gave me little time to find ride for me and my kids to get there and I live 30 minutes away.
